Gracious Lord,
We turn and lift our prayer to You.

For the Church- for those who have been hurt by the church, for those who have been abused by the church – we pray

For leaders of the world, may they work towards bringing a peace to every nation, every land – we pray

For all who suffer — may they experience the healing power of Jesus – we pray

For all religious leaders — may their faith be genuine and sincere – we pray

For vulnerable people — may the powerful always try to protect the poor – we pray

For ourselves — may we love people who are different from us – we pray
