Pilgrim People -

We are all pilgrim people,
We are God’s work of art.
We travel together
On the journey of life.
We share in the promise,
We share in one faith.
Now, as we journey
With Christ as our guide,
We pray for His light
To show us the way.

Now, as we gather together,
We uncover the image of God,
Born in the hearts of each other—
We are pilgrims of Christ in the world.

Here, where we gather, is sacred.
Here, the mystery of Christ is revealed—
Born in the Word and the Table,
Now our life is made whole in this meal.

Now we will seek out the Kingdom,
Given from heaven to earth.
There we will join with God’s people
And the saints in a story of love.
