Remember: you are dust,
And to dust you shall return.

Give us power to live Your Word.
May Your light of love keep shining
From our hearts to all the world.

Give us eyes that see more clearly,
Give us ears to hear Your voice.
May the Gospel not be theory,
But be lived in every choice.

Give us hands to do Your bidding,
Give us feet to run the race.
May Your peace become a wellspring
That refreshes every face.

Let the ashes that now mark us
Be a sign for all to see:
That the risen Christ is with us,
Shining bright through you and me.
