Take and eat, this is my body.

This living sign of God will shine
and dwell within your heart.

Lay your burdens upon me; my yoke is light.
I am strength for the weary
new sight for the blind!

Come to me, all you in darkness.
Come, live in my light.
Seek the justice which is hidden within your hearts.
I have promised a new day.
I have within your heart.

Is not the bread you break together
a sharing in my life
Is not the cup poured out for you
a sign for all the world
of the life that i offer?
of the life that i give?
